A 30% non-refundable advance is required to confirm any booking. Dates are not held without an advance. Once received, your date is reserved exclusively for you.
The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the event day. Services will not commence until the balance is confirmed. Acceptable payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards (a 2% processing fee applies to card payments).
Rescheduling is welcomed up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability of the new date. Cancellations are not permitted once booked. The advance paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel charges apply for any venue located more than 30 km from Gurgaon. Final travel charges are shared at the time of quotation based on actual distance and route.
For outstation bookings where overnight stay is required, accommodation for the artist and assisting team is to be arranged by the client. The exact number of rooms and team members will be shared at the time of quotation based on the location, function scale, and services booked.
All party members should be hair-washed (without conditioner) and lightly moisturised, ready for makeup by the team's reaching time — not the final ready time. This ensures we stay on schedule and deliver the best possible finish. Delays caused by the client may affect the final look.
What's included varies by service and is shared in your quotation. Not included in any package: hair extensions, accessories, gajras, flowers, jewellery, and outfits — these must be arranged by the client.
Behind-the-scenes photos and videos may be captured during sessions for use on Instagram (@rishikasharma.mua) and other online platforms. If you prefer your photos not to be shared, please inform us in writing before making the advance payment.
Clients are encouraged to share allergies, recent facials/peels, or sensitive skin concerns before the session. We use carefully selected high-end products to prioritise your skin's comfort. The artist takes reasonable care but cannot be held liable for reactions to undeclared sensitivities.
Trial sessions may be booked separately. Trial fees, if charged, are not refundable. A trial does not block your event date — only the advance does.
To maintain focus and quality during the makeup session, attendants are kindly requested to wait outside the makeup area. No self-makeup or personal dressing should be done during the session.
Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Bookings outside these hours may carry an additional fee as discussed at the time of quoting.
Rishika Sharma Artistry is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, venue access issues, or third-party services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
