Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how services are delivered by Rishika Sharma Artistry — including timelines, location, and the nature of our offerings. As a beauty services business, we do not ship physical products; instead we deliver in-person makeup & styling services as detailed below.

1. Nature of Services

Rishika Sharma Artistry provides in-person professional makeup and hair styling services. We do not sell physical goods; therefore no shipping is involved in our offerings.

2. Where We Deliver Services

• Primary base: Gurugram, Haryana
• Within 30 km of Gurgaon: Travel charges included
• Beyond 30 km of Gurgaon: Travel charges apply, shared at the time of quotation
• Outstation (Pan-India): Travel charges plus accommodation arranged by the client
• International / Destination weddings: Bespoke quotation including flights, visa, and stay

3. Service Delivery Timeline

Services are delivered on the date(s) confirmed in your booking. Specifically:

• Confirmation: Within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry, we share a personalised quotation
• Booking: Confirmed once the 30% advance is received
• Pre-event communication: Schedule, ready-times, and final logistics shared 7 days before the event
• Service day: Team arrives at the agreed time and delivers services as per the booking

4. Duration of Service

Each service has an approximate time allocation shared at the time of booking. Typical durations:

• Full Bridal look — 2.5 to 3 hours
• Engagement / Reception makeup — 2 to 2.5 hours
• Party / Guest makeup — 60 to 90 minutes per person
• Pre-Wedding Shoot — Full day with touch-ups

5. Punctuality & Readiness

To deliver our best work, we ask that all party members:

• Be hair-washed and moisturised 30 minutes before their slot
• Have their outfit, jewellery, and accessories ready at hand
• Be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time

6. What We Bring

The artist arrives with a professionally equipped kit including:

• High-end makeup products (brands like Huda Beauty, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury & more)
• Hair styling tools (straightener, curler, dryer)
• Lashes, lenses (as per service), and finishing essentials
• Sanitised brushes & tools

7. What the Client Provides

• A clean, well-lit space at the venue with a chair and a plug point
• Outfits, jewellery, and accessories the client will wear
• Hair extensions, gajras, or flowers (not provided by us)
• Accommodation & logistics for outstation bookings (per the Terms)

8. Payment on Delivery

Balance payment must be cleared on or before the event day, prior to the start of service. Acceptable methods include UPI, bank transfer, and cards. We do not require any payment in cash on the day, but cash is accepted if previously agreed.

9. Service Quality & Feedback

We strive for excellence in every booking. If you have feedback — positive or constructive — please share it within 7 days of the event so we can grow from it.
